Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Top Creator function and team with end-to-end responsibility for managing and growing a portfolio of top creators across content, live streaming, campaigns, monetization, and long-term development.
•Build trusted relationships with creators, talent managers, and MCNs via regular business reviews and timely support on key opportunities and challenges.
•Translate platform, category, and campaign priorities into practical plans, driving matchmaking across creators, products, brands, and campaign opportunities.
•Mobilize top creators during mega sale campaigns and BAU moments, managing readiness, content quality, performance, and post-campaign follow-up.
•Lead development and execution of the Top Creator IP program starting in Q3, including creator selection, content concepts, commercial partnerships, execution planning, performance review, and scaling successful formats.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, with 5+ years in creator/content operations, e-commerce, platform operations, merchant management, strategic account management, MCN, talent management, or related fields.
•Proven experience managing high-value external partners, including supporting top merchants across multiple categories.
•Strong logical thinking and data sensitivity to identify key issues, make sound business judgments, and translate insights into practical actions.
•Hands-on, highly accountable execution—drive projects from planning through execution while managing multiple priorities.
•Excellent communication and listening skills to build trust, handle complex stakeholder needs, and collaborate effectively across teams.
