Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop consistent standards, preferred practices, and guidelines to support HR processes.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze information, define, and document business processes.
  • •Facilitate operational and process analysis, process design/reengineering, and continuous improvement to deliver operational excellence.
  • •Deliver formally documented HR Operational Excellence process requirements, policies, and preferred practices.
  • •Maintain a knowledge management platform, conduct audits/assessments, and coordinate data analyses for opportunities and performance review.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •10+ years of experience implementing process improvements at scale.
  • •Knowledge of operational excellence, business processes, and regulatory requirements applicable to human resources.
  • •Advanced MS Office skills (including Visio and SharePoint/Teams) and ability to create process templates.
  • •Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., LEAN/6 sigma) in a business services context; SAP/SuccessFactors configuration/testing is preferred.
