Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and support the growth of a Platform/DevOps engineering team and foster an inclusive, psychologically safe culture.
  • •Own delivery for one or more business applications, including roadmap execution, release planning, risk management, and operational excellence.
  • •Evolve internal CI/CD platforms and paved-road developer experiences, improving productivity and reducing complexity.
  • •Operate and evolve Kubernetes/EKS environments across multi-AZ and multi-region architectures, driving GitOps and CI/CD best practices.
  • •Improve observability and operational visibility, establish SLOs/SLIs and on-call practices, and support incident response and postmortem culture.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 148,000 - 264,990 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of people leadership experience managing and developing engineers.
  • •7+ years of engineering experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or related areas.
  • •Experience delivering and operating business-critical applications in AWS environments.
  • •Strong AWS services experience including EKS, EC2, VPC networking, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.
  • •Experience with Kubernetes operations and CI/CD/GitOps workflows, including Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and/or AWS CDK.
