Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve employee issues and support HR initiatives, including HR communications and satisfaction-related activities
  • •Process, track, and record employee movements (separations, resignations, terminations) and prepare related documentation
  • •Process various leave types (annual, unpaid, emergency, sick), manage tickets/exit permits, and arrange duty resumption
  • •Coordinate with Recruitment and multiple departments to confirm new arrivals and ensure accurate recording and reporting
  • •Handle employment contract signature dispatch, RP/passport renewals, medical/fingerprint steps, and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years working experience with 3+ years relevant labor relations/HR experience
  • •Knowledge of Qatar Law and labor employee relations and grievance procedures
  • •Experience implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures across the organization
  • •Strong computer skills in MS applications (Excel, Word) and related tools
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills in HR (required)
