Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and control projects to meet contract requirements and budget cost control.
  • •Collaborate with service engineers and manage subcontractors’ resource deployment and schedules.
  • •Provide sales forecasts and issue invoices per contract milestones/progressive claims.
  • •Maintain integrated costing sheets and traceable tracking for project expenses, including contract administration (ordering, billing milestones, shop drawings, and O&M submissions).
  • •Support customer requests during FAT/SAT, coordinate with Customer Service/SCM for parts ordering and lead time, and ensure QMS/EHS compliance using risk-based thinking.
