Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as liaison to marketing clients across key EMEA territories by preparing presentations, coordinating meetings, and maintaining action plans and reports.
  • •Ensure licensees present films and series correctly across media, advise on relevant guidelines, coordinate approvals with internal stakeholders, and provide technical support as needed.
  • •Research and track details of key programme launches within EMEA for the linear marketing team.
  • •Manage high-profile studio events, ensuring appropriate representation across company stakeholders (channels, TV production, format sales, etc.).
  • •Collaborate with product owners and cross-division marketing teams to gather assets, profile programmes in sales materials, and support customer distribution post-sale.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record in a major studio marketing environment with experience at manager level or higher.
  • •Experience supporting marketing/distribution workflows with production and/or creative services and technical knowledge.
  • •Technical competence with broadcast materials and terminologies, including rights management.
  • •Excellent customer-facing communication skills and ability to handle demanding tasks under tight deadlines.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; proficiency in a European language (especially French) is viewed favourably.
