Job Summary

Support the China Equity team with equity research for the Portfolio Manager/Analyst, including gathering and analyzing company and market information. Present research findings and recommendations to the team, help update earnings models and maintain a database, and assist with building tools and scripts to automate research and reporting workflows. Work full-time for up to 6 months starting in Aug 2026.

•Assist Analysts and PMs in conducting research on companies and financial markets, including information gathering, data processing, and analysis.
•Present research findings and recommendations to the team clearly and concisely.
•Support Analysts on updating earnings models and maintaining the database.
•Build tools and scripts to automate research and reporting workflows.
•Assist with various ad-hoc research tasks as required.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate student, preferably in a finance/accounting field.
•Good knowledge of financial analysis and financial markets.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Good computing and programming skills including Excel modelling and VBA.
•Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
