Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles by performing washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
  • •Move vehicles from one department to the next in Carvana’s Inspection Centers.
  • •Take photos of vehicles so customers can view them on the vehicle spinners.
  • •Inspect interior and exterior vehicle surfaces and accurately identify imperfections/defects.
  • •Work in a production environment and be able to perform mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, including exposure to heat/cold.
  • •Use safety equipment and protective garments such as face shields or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and related gear.
  • •English reading, writing, speaking, and understanding skills (as stated in the posting).
