Job Summary

Drive MonetizeMore’s growth across EMEA and APAC by building an enterprise pipeline of web and mobile app publishers. Lead high-value commercial conversations, run discovery to uncover monetization challenges, and develop business cases tied to revenue growth and traffic protection. Own the full sales cycle from first outreach through negotiation, contracting, and close, maintaining accurate Salesforce forecasts and supporting onboarding through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise web and mobile app publishers across EMEA and APAC.
•Create opportunities via outbound outreach, referrals, events, communities, and industry relationships.
•Secure conversations with the right decision-makers and turn early interest into qualified opportunities.
•Lead discovery and build business cases tied to revenue growth, traffic protection, advertiser trust, and operational improvement.
•Manage the full sales cycle through negotiation, contracting, and close, including forecasting and coordination with onboarding.

Key Requirements

•7–10 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or another commercial role.
•Experience from the sell side or buy side of the digital advertising ecosystem.
•Proven track record building pipeline and progressing complex/enterprise-level deals.
•Strong qualification, forecasting, documentation, follow-up, and disciplined deal progression.
•Strong familiarity with ad-tech concepts such as eCPM, fill rate, invalid traffic, programmatic advertising, and publisher monetization (mobile app publisher experience desired).
