Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full lifecycle of credit intent execution, including managing intent calendars and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
  • •Coordinate between intent owners and key partner teams to keep dependencies and timelines on track.
  • •Maintain audit-readiness and drive issue resolution, including quarterly program monitoring, credit program assessment, and program approval.
  • •Drive project planning and execution through feasibility, design, planning, and implementation while managing risks and issues.
  • •Translate credit intent into in-market policy using Ruleslab and validate results in the enterprise model platform with post-implementation monitoring procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 134,400 - 153,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
  • •At least 4 years of experience in Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management, or Risk Management.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or G Suite.
  • •Preferred: Master’s Degree.
  • •Preferred: PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification.
