Associate General Manager

Oversee multiple reconditioning lines at the Inspection & Reconditioning Center, ensuring production, cost, and quality targets are consistently met when the General Manager is not onsite. Lead daily shift planning, identify and resolve bottlenecks through root cause analysis, and run weekly performance reviews. Support continuous improvement initiatives, coach reconditioning leads and managers, and maintain health, safety, and loss prevention compliance on the shop floor.
