Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent Manufacturing Engineering in development projects, providing manufacturing input from concept through production launch.
  • •Design end-to-end sheet metal manufacturing processes, including manufacturing flow, routings, work centers, and process sequences for multiple operations.
  • •Lead industrialization from prototype builds through production ramp-up, coordinating pilot builds, process validation, and production readiness reviews.
  • •Develop and execute implementation plans for new manufacturing processes, supporting installation, commissioning, qualification, and transfer to serial production.
  • •Evaluate manufacturing technologies and define future capability requirements; support continuous improvement through cost, quality, productivity, and throughput initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrialization, NPI, or Process Engineering.
  • •Experience with sheet metal fabrication manufacturing processes.
  • •Experience supporting new product introduction and production launch activities.
  • •Experience designing and implementing manufacturing processes in cross-functional product development environments.
