Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply coatings to surfaces (paint, adhesives, signs, brushes, spray guns, etc.) according to synchronized coating process quality and production standards.
  • •Perform manual color preparation, painting, and documentation.
  • •Clean and activate surfaces.
  • •Carry out repair work including deviations and rework within the work area.
  • •Prepare tools and materials and perform order checks; work using prescribed PPE, sometimes in confined spaces.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed training as Verfahrensmechaniker/in for coating technology with several years of experience in aircraft construction, or completed training as painter/coater with several years of experience in aircraft construction or an industrial environment.
  • •Several-years professional experience in aircraft construction or industrial environment.
  • •Fluent German language skills and basic English knowledge.
  • •Careful working style with a high sense of quality and responsibility.
  • •Comfort with 3-shift operations; solid IT/PC knowledge is required.
