Key Responsibilities

  • •Own maintenance and be the subject-matter expert for fluid/HVAC components across the site.
  • •Own maintenance and reliability of critical infrastructure assets across campus.
  • •Commission systems, validate nameplate performance, and implement predictive maintenance protocols to minimize downtime.
  • •Support equipment selection and sizing, including procurement support.
  • •Drive root-cause investigations for equipment failures and implement corrective actions across the site.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
  • •1+ years of professional experience working with fluid components such as valves, pumps, COPVs, compressors, heat exchangers, pressure transducers, or temperature sensors.
  • •Hands-on experience with fluid handling systems (liquid and/or gas).
  • •Experience using data acquisition equipment and test instrumentation/control components such as pressure transducers, thermocouples, resistance temperature detectors, and relays.
  • •Experience with HVAC systems and air ducting.
