Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on experience across the HR tech stack, including configuring Workday and supporting day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, enhancements, and integrations.
  • •Experience supporting Workday configuration, including troubleshooting system issues, identifying root causes, and implementing fixes and enhancements.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
