•Resolve complex integration issues related to connectivity, data flow, configuration, and performance using root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in healthcare IT, software implementation, systems integration, technical consulting, or a related technical environment.
•Experience supporting hospital or clinical IT environments; women’s health/perinatal/patient monitoring experience is highly preferred.
•Expertise in HL7 integration, EMR connectivity, system interoperability, interface testing, and technical troubleshooting.
•Proven ability to lead and support complex customer implementations from requirements analysis through configuration, validation, and issue resolution.
•Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, healthcare informatics, information technology, biomedical engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
