Lead and scale Braze’s design function as a conceptual, strategic, and operational pillar within the Creative and Brand organization. Build and mentor a high-performing, multi-disciplinary design team; establish a clear quality bar; partner with strategy/brand leadership to translate insights into scalable visual systems; drive cross-functional alignment with marketing, product, and strategy; oversee design operations and governance to ensure high-impact, brand-aligned work at scale.
