Key Responsibilities

•Drive fast time-to-value at scale by owning a high-turnover portfolio of self-serve deployments and reaching activated, value-realizing states within the 12-day target.
•Run an efficient, largely asynchronous deployment motion by managing go-live intake, activation, and follow-up via structured templated communication and self-service enablement.
•Monitor and triage deployment health daily by sweeping open deployments, classifying status (not activated/partially deployed/ready to close), and prioritizing accounts needing attention.
•Troubleshoot deployment blockers using internal runbooks and escalate non-standard technical or relationship issues to Senior PS Consultants, Support, or Engineering with clear context.
•Guide customers to full value by helping them activate purchased products (IES, ATO, AISM, Email Productivity, add-ons) across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace and supporting best-practice adoption.

Key Requirements

•2+ years in technical support or Professional Services consulting for enterprise-grade, cybersecurity-related SaaS in a high-growth environment.
•Skilled in deploying and managing SaaS across customer environments, including cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud.
•Understanding of networking basics, security protocols, and email security concepts like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to configure and troubleshoot effectively.
•Strong technical analysis skills to diagnose and resolve complex deployment issues quickly, and clearly explain complex steps in writing for non-technical customers.
•Proven ability to manage many concurrent deployments, prioritize ruthlessly, and consistently hit fast deadlines.
