Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor aircraft maintenance tasks and methods in the shop environment to align with customer repair orders and prevent quality problems.
  • •Determine, develop, and monitor inspection and test techniques to meet customer flow-down requirements for each shop visit.
  • •Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and suppliers to improve maintenance processes and eliminate quality problems.
  • •Interpret and reach agreement on quality procedures with government and/or customer representatives.
  • •Investigate and resolve product quality problems; review rejected hardware, recommend corrective actions, suggest process/tooling changes, and maintain accurate records.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •1+ year of experience in quality or a technical field working with quality management systems.
  • •This role requires use of hardware subject to ITAR; all applicants must be U.S. persons as defined by ITAR.
  • •Proficient with software/data analysis tools such as Excel and Minitab (software tools for quality data analysis).
  • •Reside within 50 miles of Jackson, MS (Active-Duty Military exempt).
