•Manage all aspects of shipping routes and delivery, focusing on customer satisfaction; proactively anticipates and defuses potential customer and vendor problems related to freight, packaging and delivery.
•Communicate internally and externally regarding transportation requirements.
•Process customer requests for industry compliance; work with suppliers and Product Engineering to ensure documents are received and customer requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
•Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
•5 years of experience in similar role
•Proficiency with SAP (or similar ERP) and Microsoft Office
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Ability to manage shipping routes and communicate transportation requirements
