Key Responsibilities

  • •Process complete employee payroll lifecycle in Workday, including off-cycle payrolls, state-mandated terminations, ACH rejections, and garnishment data entries.
  • •Provide first-line support to resolve unmatched, unsubmitted, or unapproved timecards for managers and associates.
  • •Validate earning proof and audit reports each cycle to verify incentive pay and unusual pay fluctuations.
  • •Run pay deductions per pay period to create payment uploads for 401(k), HSA, FSA, parking, and LTD.
  • •Reconcile monthly vendor benefit invoices for AP payment files and prioritize the Payroll Admin shared inbox as primary operational backup.
