Key Responsibilities

  • •Assume overall responsibility for all plant, multi-plant, and mine sites within the fleet.
  • •Ensure generation and/or mining goals are met efficiently and reliably.
  • •Provide management direction for safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Own long- and short-range planning, including O&M Resource Plan and Capital Resource Plan, and manage projects/contractors.
  • •Administer labor agreements (grievances and contract negotiations) and represent the company in legal or community affairs as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •7 years of supervisory/management experience, or at least 10 years of related supervisory/management experience preferred.
  • •Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance across plant/multi-plant/mine sites.
  • •Develop and manage Capital and O&M budgets to meet financial objectives.
  • •Administer company policies, labor agreements, and work rules, including grievance process and contract negotiations.
  • •Provide leadership and direction, including selecting, developing, and managing a diverse workforce.
