Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests promptly and courteously; control guest flow and estimate wait times.
  • •Collect guest details for the hospitality zone and direct guests to appropriate waiting locations.
  • •Place menus, lead guests to tables, and ensure guests are seated before leaving the table.
  • •Handle foundation access lists, reservation sheets, passes as needed, guest lists for special events, and ticket/signature sheets.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and safety in the host area; attend pre-shift meetings and support other departments as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.9 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent).
  • •High school diploma.
  • •Working knowledge of restaurant operations, seating procedures, and guest relations.
  • •Skill in diplomacy, handling multiple tasks, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication.
  • •Ability to seat guests in a high-volume restaurant at an efficient pace; flexible hours.
