Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect scalable, secure, and compliant ServiceNow solutions across multiple domains and modules.
  • •Serve as technical SME for ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, SPM, IRM, App Engine & Automation Engine, and CMDB/CSDM.
  • •Design and oversee integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, and custom spokes; lead platform governance and best-practice alignment.
  • •Collaborate with Program Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to support roadmap planning, backlog refinement, and solution delivery.
  • •Provide SME-level support for network architecture and engineering, including administering and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices and documenting LAN/WAN designs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 215,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school degree with 12+ years of experience.
  • •TS/SCI clearance eligibility (Top Secret with SCI).
  • •10+ years of experience including ServiceNow architecture, configuration, workflow development, and platform enhancements.
  • •DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (e.g., Sec+ CE, SSCP, CND, CCNA Security).
  • •Experience with App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Predictive Intelligence; CMDB/CSDM; and Agile/DevOps/CI/CD pipelines integrated with ServiceNow.
