Key Responsibilities

  • •Input accurate vehicle information into AS400 for each vehicle received, including VIN, stock number, dealer ID, make/model/year, mileage, color, and options.
  • •Affix barcode/stock number stickers and place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles; flag “no key” cars.
  • •Direct transporters to proper car drop zones and report transport damage as needed.
  • •Take digital images upon vehicle receipt and provide sale identification windshield code for registration/check-in.
  • •Demonstrate safety commitment and cooperate with safety leadership; assist on sale days driving vehicles through auction sales lanes as assigned.

Key Requirements
