Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the Processing Development Programme at Kolomela mine.
  • •Acquire practical experience in your chosen field of study within processing.
  • •Maximize your contribution to the business as part of your on-going development.
  • •Develop the necessary skills to drive your career over the programme duration (approximately 3 years).
  • •Be part of the team supporting Kumba Iron Ore’s processing operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Grade 12/N3 (or equivalent) with Mathematics / Mathematics Literacy.
  • •Valid South African Driver’s License.
  • •Proof of residential address.
  • •Medical and Physical Fitness (RFA).
  • •LPCAT assessment; applicants must be aged 18–35, currently unemployed and not studying.
