•Own and optimize the end-to-end customer value journey across acquisition, deployment, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
•Translate customer objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases and advocate Process Intelligence across prospects and customers.
•Communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives in collaboration with sales leadership.
•Act as executive sponsor across the portfolio to position Celonis as a strategic business transformation platform.
•Build and scale value across the portfolio by guiding deployment of new features, managing growth initiatives, and leading organizational change.
