Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive execution across the integration lifecycle, including business rule documentation, integration requirements, and back-office process design.
  • •Perform operational validation to ensure new processes and system integrations function correctly before and during cutover windows.
  • •Maintain project documentation and governance, including RAID logs, process maps, and control frameworks for audit readiness.
  • •Collaborate across Product, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to address roadblocks and complete integration tasks.
  • •Create status trackers, reporting materials, and vendor performance metrics; triage integration issues and escalate blockers as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 149,800 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing (or a Bachelor’s degree in any field with at least 3 years of Product Management experience).
  • •3+ years of Product Management experience.
  • •7+ years of experience in process, project, or program management.
  • •2+ years of operations or servicing-specific experience.
  • •Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks such as FCRA, SCRA, and AML/KYC; PMP/Lean/Agile/Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
