Job Summary

Lead end-to-end Revenue Operations for Europe and the Middle East, partnering with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Commercial teams. Drive regional revenue growth and go-to-market initiatives through deep-dive performance analysis, strategic “big bets,” forecasting and scenario modeling, and dashboard-based performance monitoring. Monitor fintech and payment ecosystem shifts, and partner on pricing models, discounting policies, approval matrices, and commercial frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead deep-dive analysis of revenue, customer, and sales performance data to uncover trends and diagnose issues.
•Identify, design, and operationalize high-impact growth initiatives to increase transacting customers across key segments and markets.
•Serve as a strategic thought partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align goals and ensure end-to-end execution.
•Support annual and quarterly planning with scenario modeling and insight-backed recommendations.
•Develop dashboards and frameworks to monitor strategic initiative progress and optimize continuously for impact.
