•Ensure jobsite operations comply with design specs, regulations, and quality standards while meeting schedule and budget targets.
•Oversee field and office personnel, coordinating with Project Managers to develop, deliver, and manage field programs.
•Implement and manage Health and Safety programs; support SH&E goals and objectives for staff and subcontractors.
•Deliver site orientation, conduct Tailgate/Coordination Meetings, and prepare daily reports to document progress.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 85,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

•A technical diploma or degree combined with a minimum of 4 years of experience (experience/education equivalency considered).
•Minimum 4 years of progressive field management or supervisory experience in a related environment.

•Experience in the mining industry (preferred).
