Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary point of contact for the Mine Manager, coordinating daily activities and liaising with client representatives.
  • •Ensure jobsite operations comply with design specs, regulations, and quality standards while meeting schedule and budget targets.
  • •Oversee field and office personnel, coordinating with Project Managers to develop, deliver, and manage field programs.
  • •Implement and manage Health and Safety programs; support SH&E goals and objectives for staff and subcontractors.
  • •Deliver site orientation, conduct Tailgate/Coordination Meetings, and prepare daily reports to document progress.

Key Requirements

  • •A technical diploma or degree combined with a minimum of 4 years of experience (experience/education equivalency considered).

  • •Experience in the mining industry (preferred).
