Key Responsibilities

  • •Win and manage corporate banking client relationships to drive revenue and asset growth aligned with credit standards and strategy.
  • •Originate and execute solutions with product partners and internal stakeholders, covering loans, trade, treasury, cash management, debt/capital markets, and structured trade solutions.
  • •Manage all credit aspects of the portfolio, including financial analysis, credit proposals, approvals, regular reviews, and early problem recognition.
  • •Develop marketing plans for target clients and build relationships across client organizations to deepen wallet across Mashreq networks.
  • •Ensure adherence to compliance, audit, governance, and risk control processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years of relationship management experience in Corporate and Investment Banking.
  • •Experience with trade finance, cash management, capital markets, FX/derivatives, and corporate finance products.
  • •Strong credit assessment and risk management skills, including report writing.
  • •Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal), with strong organizational skills and ability to handle pressure and deadlines.
