Job Summary

Hands-on maintenance technician responsible for preventive maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of a wide range of factory and test equipment (pumps, valves, motors, PLCs, HMIs, vacuum systems) in manufacturing/R&D/aerospace environments. You’ll document repairs, manage spares in a CMMS, collaborate with engineers and operators, and implement improvements to boost uptime, safety, and reliability in a dynamic production setting.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, lubrication, calibrations, and performance checks on factory and test equipment
•Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and vacuum-related issues and restore equipment to operation quickly
•Track maintenance tasks, log repair history, and manage spares in a CMMS or similar system
•Collaborate with engineers, test operators, and facilities to understand equipment usage and proactively resolve issues
•Identify recurring failure modes and help implement upgrades or redesigns to improve reliability

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 38.82 - 46.58 hourly

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance, industrial service, or mechanical repair in a manufacturing, R&D, or aerospace environment
•Ability to read mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
•Familiarity with hand tools, diagnostic instruments, and electrical testing equipment
•Comfortable working with a wide variety of equipment: pumps, valves, motors, sensors, PLCs, HMIs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and more
•Strong communication and documentation habits
