Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a category supply chain strategy, including multi-sourcing for the Apparel segment across knits and wovens.
  • •Identify, vet, and onboard supplier partners, coaching them to operate within Quince’s rapid replenishment, Made-to-Consumer model.
  • •Train suppliers on Quince OS, including operational efficiency, financial modeling, and technical capabilities (Vendor Portal).
  • •Product Expansion: Collaborate with Merchants and Product Development teams to introduce new styles and colors approved through our NPC process.
  • •Drive Operational Excellence: ensure high-quality standards, optimize speed/accuracy of replenishment, maintain inventory availability, and improve margins.

  • •8+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supplier Management with major U.S.-based retailers.
