Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and deploy agentic workflows in Opus for enterprise clients, from prototype through production rollout.
  • •Design evaluation suites for workflow correctness, measure performance, and improve workflows before gaps are found in production.
  • •Implement guardrails, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and audit trails aligned to client regulatory posture.
  • •Integrate Opus with ERP, CRM, document management, and core systems using APIs, data connectors, and middleware; debug orchestration issues under pressure.
  • •Partner with client and partner engineering teams, run technical enablement, and create technical documentation and handover materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven engineering background in AI/ML, workflow automation, or systems integration, with a track record of shipping reliable software.
  • •Hands-on production experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, agent/tool-use patterns, retrieval, and evaluation.
  • •Strong experience integrating systems via APIs (REST, SOAP, webhooks, and event-driven patterns), with coding/scripting ability (Python preferred).
  • •Deep integration experience with an ERP or CRM platform (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar).
  • •Understanding of security and compliance practice for integrations, including data residency, access control, PII handling, and audit requirements.
