Service Technician Apprentice -Fredericksburg, VA

Assist experienced service technicians with the installation and repair of environmental control (HVAC) systems while learning refrigeration theory, control systems, pipe fitting, and structural layouts. Work onsite at customer locations, help diagnose and plan equipment repairs, and coordinate on-site installations with supervising technicians, project managers, and customers. Complete a nationally registered four-year apprenticeship with paid instruction, mentorship, pay increases, and a credential leading to HVAC Service Technician promotion.
