Job Summary

Own and champion the integration of geospatial data and mapping capabilities across mission-critical CAD and RMS platforms. Define a sustainable roadmap and product vision focused on GIS features and AI/GenAI capabilities, translate market and customer needs into actionable requirements, and lead end-to-end delivery, releases, and KPIs. Partner cross-functionally across Development, UI/UX, Sales, Marketing, Deployment, and Support to deliver an ethical, intuitive “common operating picture” for public safety teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the product roadmap and prioritize GIS features and AI-driven capabilities to improve public safety workflows.
•Define product vision by evaluating customer needs against market demand and curating AI/ML features for long-term value.
•Lead end-to-end product development by translating roadmap goals into technical requirements and managing scope/schedule/quality trade-offs.
•Own product releases, including release goals, KPIs, risk management (data integrity and AI fairness), and GIS-specific release testing.
•Support go-to-market activities by enabling sales/channel training, assisting pre-sales, and creating demo and training assets.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 101,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BS/BA in GIS, Geography, Cartography, or an equivalent technical discipline.
•3+ years of professional experience in Product Management, ideally focused on GIS or location-based services.
•Firm understanding of Product Management principles and experience with Agile/Scrum.
•Deep technical knowledge of GIS software, spatial data formats, and geodatabase architecture, specifically within the ESRI ArcGIS ecosystem.
•Familiarity with Python scripting/data automation and strong verbal and written communication skills.
