Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the design and execution of global software solutions for Manufacturing MES and adjacent functions, including technical governance and team management.
  • •Oversee MES operational capability, ensuring resourcing and throughput for incidents and change requests, and implementing remediation strategies within timeframes.
  • •Manage a team of 5–15 direct reports (architects, software developers, Scrum Masters), including goal planning, workload balancing, performance assessments, pay planning, training, and career development.
  • •Review and approve project designs and staffing plans, supervise evaluation/approval of new technologies, and lead improvements to Scrum/Agile implementation across cross-functional groups.
  • •Execute Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls for the software development lifecycle and participate in recurring steering meetings with global stakeholders and executive leaders.

Salary: USD 131,200 - 187,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent work experience) with minimum 8 years of related experience.
  • •3–6 years of team lead/supervisory experience or 1 year of management experience.
  • •6+ years in manufacturing systems or on software development teams using Microsoft .NET technologies.
  • •Proficiency in software development and design, relational databases (e.g., SQL), scripting and reporting, and unit testing frameworks/best practices.
  • •Experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g., C#.Net, SQL Server) and knowledge of desired technologies such as NoSQL (MongoDB/RavenDB/Cassandra), message queuing, and OPC Data Access.
