Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead discovery workshops to define business problems, scope, objectives, and success measures.
  • •Define as-is and to-be processes, customer journeys, and operating model impacts across stakeholders.
  • •Develop and document functional and non-functional requirements, maintaining traceability through design, test coverage, and release.
  • •Conduct system and process analysis (including data mapping and gap/feasibility analysis) and produce business cases with client sign-off.
  • •Administer system acceptance tests and ensure requirements are communicated to technical teams while adhering to compliance and operational risk controls.
