Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic advice and expert guidance to executive leadership on organizational, project, and business matters.
  • •Support executive management in evaluating major initiatives, projects, investments, and strategic priorities.
  • •Review complex project and business matters and provide independent recommendations to support decision-making.
  • •Advise on project delivery strategies, governance, organizational priorities, risks, and opportunities, including executive oversight of major programmes.
  • •Identify emerging strategic/operational/commercial/project risks and advise mitigation strategies, and engage with senior stakeholders as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • •Master’s degree/MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • •Minimum 15–20 years of relevant experience in senior leadership, executive advisory, or strategic management roles.
  • •Extensive experience advising executive leadership and supporting complex strategic and project-related decisions.
  • •Strong understanding of corporate/project governance, risk management, commercial considerations, and organizational strategy.
