Key Responsibilities

  • •Support strategic recommendation of artist, celebrity, brand, and sports talent based on brand briefs.
  • •Perform benchmarks across competitors and help monitor/report trends and relevant opportunities.
  • •Coordinate day-to-day work with internal stakeholders (Brand & Market) and partners and follow up on projects.
  • •Contribute to talent & partnership methodology by developing brand guidelines and supporting strategic planning.
  • •Support partnerships execution by drafting agency briefs, internal presentations, and benchmarks; assist with strategic recommendations for events, brands, and media partnerships.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a master’s degree in culture (fashion, sport, etc.).
  • •Appetite for culture subjects.
  • •Previous professional experience in partnerships and talent collaboration, preferably within the music or cultural industry.

  • •Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, with flexibility and agility to manage multiple projects and complete a 6-month internship with a school/university agreement.
