Job Summary

Lead the Card Controls Testing function and advance the Well Managed transformation by developing and executing the card controls testing methodology aligned to the Enterprise Control Standard. Partner across the Card organization and with second/third lines to evaluate control effectiveness, drive strategic and tactical delivery, and influence stakeholders. Serve as a people leader, continuously evolve the program, and strengthen the control ecosystem through simplification, automation, transparency, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a people leader for a team of associates and non-associates.
•Design, develop, and continuously evolve the card controls testing methodology; drive the program to evaluate effectiveness of card controls.
•Partner cross-functionally with program customers and program assessors to evolve and deliver the program.
•Provide strategic direction to project teams, peers, and stakeholders to solve problems and influence outcomes.
•Further the Well Managed agenda within Card to strengthen the control ecosystem through simplification, automation, transparency, and accountability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•At least 3 years of experience in control testing or Internal Audit.
•Open to working in a hybrid set up.
•Willing to work in Alabang.
•Flexible with a mid shift or night shift schedule.
