Job Summary

Join Sephora as an Operations Consultant supporting stockroom organization, merchandising and store operations in a hands-on retail environment. Key Responsibilities

•Provide friendly, professional and knowledgeable service to clients during store hours.
•Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS.
•Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone; support Sephora merchandising concepts.
•Perform shipment receipt and processing; organize and maintain stockroom per company standards; process transfers, damages and testers.
•Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors/Store Manager and participate in inventory control.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 17 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of retail/client service experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
•Good computer, arithmetic and organizational skills.
•Ability to multi-task while attending to clients and the business.
•Effective time management, problem solving and communication skills.
•High School graduate or equivalent.
