Key Responsibilities

  • •Review project plans/specifications, scheduling, cost-saving measures, discrepancies, and potential construction problems.

Key Requirements

  • •A recognised Degree or equivalent in a technical field such as Construction Management or Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cost Management, or related trade experience.
  • •5+ years of project management experience (ideally client-side/consulting).
  • •Advanced Microsoft skills are essential; Primavera skills will be highly regarded.
  • •Excellent English with strong report and bid writing skills.
  • •Strong leadership ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
