Job Summary

Virtually deliver exceptional, opioid-free PM&R care for acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, with a strong focus on pelvic floor and pelvic health. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients remotely using an evidence-based, multidisciplinary model, collaborating with physical therapists and supervising nurse practitioners through weekly patient rounds. Support after-hours call and scheduled evening clinics, maintain clinical and technical knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement in patient experience and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

•Board certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (preferred), or Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine with fellowship training or significant experience in Sports Medicine, Spine, or Musculoskeletal Medicine.
•MD/DO with unrestricted license and at least 3 years of clinical practice after training.
•Willingness to obtain multiple state licenses and disclose impediments to multi-state licensure at the start of the interview process.
•Demonstrated competence and passion for digital care delivery/telehealth, with comfort evaluating and treating patients remotely using digital tools.
•Demonstrated experience evaluating and treating musculoskeletal conditions in a non-operative setting.
