Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze Salesforce pipeline for incoming Projects & Services orders to prepare the supply chain to support customer needs.
  • •Create baseline demand plans by converting sales plans to unit production requirements and benchmarking against demand plans.
  • •Facilitate regional demand planning meetings with direct interaction and input from sales and general management.
  • •Process data to consolidate opportunities into a comprehensive forecast and present regular reports on key performance metrics.
  • •Lead demand quality improvements via gap analysis, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and a monthly feedback loop linking demand plan, incoming order rates, and plant shipments.
