Solar Foreperson

Lead a residential and small commercial solar installation crew of three to six members, providing technical expertise and hands-on leadership. You’ll manage construction workflow, organize and train team members, maintain project documentation, and ensure safety, quality, customer service, and productivity. Serve as acting supervisor/manager when needed, perform service calls as required, analyze crew issues, and provide feedback to management. Ensures successful completion of Sunrun projects in the field.
