Job Summary

Build and operate a next-generation, centralized cybersecurity data lakehouse for Workday’s enterprise defense. Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day administration, configuration, and capacity planning for the cybersecurity data platform to ensure uptime and stability.
•Operate and administer the EU Sovereign Region platform, adhering to data residency and isolation protocols in deployments and incident responses.
•Define, track, and monitor SLIs/SLOs for platform health, compute usage, and storage capacity; proactively troubleshoot bottlenecks.
•Use and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automation scripts to eliminate manual operational toil, streamline deployments, and enable auto-scaling.
•Implement resource quotas and technical guardrails; lead troubleshooting and participate in blameless post-mortems to resolve systemic issues in code.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 70,200 - 105,400 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure operations, platform engineering, or reliability engineering, plus a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience).
•Hands-on administration of enterprise Linux environments and experience operating within major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
•Deep understanding of compute, storage, networking, and Identity Access Management (IAM).
•Practical experience building and managing monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to track SLIs/SLOs and troubleshoot bottlenecks (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
•Hands-on experience writing and maintaining scripts (Python, Bash, Go) and working with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
