Key Responsibilities

•Define and own growth-focused product marketing programs for the self-serve audience across onboarding, activation, product discovery, and multi-product expansion.
•Develop messaging and content strategies for lifecycle touchpoints (emails, dashboard modules, in-product surfaces) to drive activation, adoption, and cross-sell.
•Lead end-to-end execution of campaigns (briefs, copy frameworks, localization, legal reviews, MarTech coordination) and ship globally localized programs.
•Advocate for users (startups, SMBs, developers) and translate product value into compelling narratives that drive action.
•Design and run experiments to optimize messaging, targeting, and channel mix; track metrics (CTR, activation, conversion) and iterate based on data.

Key Requirements

•5-7 years of relevant work experience in product marketing, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related field.
•At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS or platform environments, ideally with self-serve or product-led growth motions.
•Demonstrated experience developing lifecycle or growth marketing programs— including email, in-product messaging, or onboarding flows— with measurable results.
•Track record of working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams to ship growth initiatives.
•Strong writing skills with a portfolio of customer-facing content or campaigns.
