Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement AI-driven solutions that automate business processes, reduce manual effort, and improve service delivery.
  • •Build production-grade GenAI applications including LLM-powered features, AI agents, copilots, and orchestration layers.
  • •Contribute to PoCs and pilots, prototyping new capabilities and bringing them to production-ready state when validated.
  • •Develop and integrate AI agents and multi-agent systems using established orchestration frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 1–2 years building and shipping AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production.
  • •Proven delivery of AI features that run in production with real users.
  • •Hands-on enterprise experience across security, compliance, integrations, and scale.
  • •Deep practical experience with LLMs and GenAI, including foundation models, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, structured outputs, and context management.
  • •Hands-on Microsoft Azure experience deploying and operating AI workloads (Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search) plus Python production practices and AI service/API integration skills.
