Key Responsibilities

  • •Check and follow up on Country Office general emails and take necessary actions.
  • •Support the Operations Officer on planning, resource allocation, financial management, HR, procurement, and general administration.
  • •Prepare and monitor the office running costs budget, including ensuring budget and cash flow for recurring and one-time needs.
  • •Verify obligating documents using GSM or online systems, ensure fund availability, update/clear documents, and follow up on missing elements.
  • •Serve as Leave Administrator and focal point for asset management, including fixed-asset tracking, reporting, and related processes.

Key Requirements
